The house inspection was done on Wednesday this week. It made me very anxious to find out if anything would be wrong with our cute little home. Thankfully everything came back clean. But Thursday night we received a phone call from Kristen that our buyer was backing out. And the worst part was she was able to keep her Ernest money. Lame.
We were feeling frustrated that she put us through this whole process and we took our house off the market..... Then backs out. Not cool.
On the flip side I do see the silver lining in all this. It gives us a little more time as we wait on our other home. Which we are anxiously waiting for the back to approve everything.
Yesterday morning I woke up early do I could clean up the house again to get it "show ready" again. After it went off the market we got relaxed again about having it super clean. But, now it's all really clean again.
We had two showings yesterday. So that's great for it only bring back on the market for a day.
