Continuation on the Kitchen

I wonder how many more Kitchen updates I will post before things are actually completed? haha Lets not think about that. Think in the now for now.

First off... we bought a TABLE... Yeah!!! It was time for the card table to go.

I'm beyond thrilled. Such a great find (thanks to online shopping). It gives the dining room a bigger feel now. The table seats 6 comfortably, where the card table we all felt crammed around it if we had 6 people. And I also purchased a small fold up plastic picnic table that the kids can sit at when we have people over. So it's perfect. Best part about it is the seats lift up and there is a place to store stuff. Bonus! That freed up some drawer space. All around I'm very pleased with our new purchased table.

So now if you look closer, the second new items are...  BLINDS. Thought it was time to bring some color into the kitchen. Everything is tan, brown, beige, yellow, lighter brown...etc etc etc. So having the red has changed the look and feel of the kitchen. 

 They are cordless, so all you have to do is push them up or down and they will stay where ever they are put. Pretty nifty huh?
